Returns & Exchanges

At Rona Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
